Meet Our Team

Lena Gokey began her nursing career in 2004 at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, where she worked as a neonatal nurse caring for the most vulnerable patients. Her passion for women’s health then led her to labor and delivery, where she supported mothers through one of life’s most important transitions. 

Lena earned her Advanced Practice Nursing degree from Western Kentucky University in 2012 with a focus on family health and wellness. Since then, she has remained committed to both practice and education, serving as a part-time clinical nursing instructor at WKU for over 14 years.
